Hey All,
We're getting back into the swing of things back home, Katie came home from school this week and I can tell Carrie is happy to have her little girl home. Carrie and I did our post vacation get sick thing, I'm not sure if I get sick everytime we get back from somewhere, maybe it just seems like it. We are slowly (very ) working on getting more pictures posted on the blog from the rest of our trip. Wim was nice enough to also download his underwater pictures to our flash drive, so we can give you some idea of what we saw underwater at least on Bunaken.
I think Manado was the first place we stayed that actually had a TV, no check that, it was the first place we stayed that had ESPN, and boy was I excited. The baseball season had just started and I was eager to get some baseball highlights and see how the Mariners were doing. Except.......in Indonesia, ESPN is....well I don't know what the hell it is, cause all you get is soccer, soccer, soccer, more soccer, more soccer, bowling and more soccer...UGH might as well be Home Shopping Network to me.
Just to try and get a little Karma for the Canucks, who if you didn't know has been run over, picked up , thrown down and run over again by the Chicago Blackhawks and then run over again. So please say a little prayer to the GREAT HOCKEY GODS for vancouver to at least make it respectable, as in not lose the next game.
